Ingredients

 Potatoes- 4 medium no-'s, peeled, cut into ¼ inch dice, boiled and dried
 Vegetable oil1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon, strained
 Harissa- 1 teaspoon, thinned with 1 tablespoon water
 Caraway seed powder- 1 teaspoon
 Salt1 1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING
1. In a heavy bottomed large skillet, heat oil till warm.
2. Add thinned harissa, caraway powder, salt and lemon juice and cook on a medium flame till it reduces, while stirring continuously.
3. Remove off flame, add boiled potatoes and toss gently till evenly coated.

SERVING
4. Transfer on to a serving bowl and serve Salatit Batata (Potato Salad with caraway) warm, as an accompaniment to Couscous.
