Potato Salad With A Twist Recipe
Ingredients
| Potatoes | 4 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Parsley | 3 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Bell pepper | 1 To taste, diced | |
| Green onions | 1 Bunch (100gm), chopped | |
| 2/3 C soyonaise | ||
| Lemon juice | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Mustard powder | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Black pepper | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 t mineral salt | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a large bowl, gently mix the cold sliced potatoes with the bell pepper, green onions and parsely.
2) In another bowl, mix rest of the ingredients, pour over the potatoes and toss well to coat.
SERVING
3) Serve immediately.
