Potato Salad Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| Bacon Slices | 8 | |
| Onion | 1 Small, finely chopped | |
| Vinegar | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 4 Teaspoon | |
| Potatoes - 2 cans (1 lb. each), small-sized | ||
| Green pepper | 1/2 To taste | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Wash the potatoes and slice them.
2) Wash the peppers and chop them.
MAKING
3) Take a pan and cook the bacon to make crisp.
4) Drain the bacon and leave the drippings in the pan.
5) Put onion, vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar to the drippings in the pan.
6) Cook for 3 minutes.
7) Crumble the bacon slices and add the potatoes and green peppers.
8) Pour the hot dressing and mix them.
9) Bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
SERVING
10) Serve the dish hot.
