Potato Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Potatoes | 6 Large, baked | |
| 5 hard-cooked eggs, chopped | ||
| Celery stick | 3 , chopped | |
| Onion | 1 Small, minced | |
| French dressing | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mayonnaise | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1/2 cup pickle relish | ||
Directions
Place potatoes, eggs, celery, and onion in a large bowl and toss lightly.
In a separate bowl, combine French dressing, mayonnaise, and pickle relish.
Mix together and chill.
