Potato Salad Recipe

Ingredients
2 Ibs. potatoes
1 teaspoon Creole or French mustard
1 onion
2 tablespoons fresh parsley
6 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons celery
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon chopped sweet
2 tablespoons cooking oil green pepper
1 tablespoon celery seed
2 hard boiled eggs
2 teaspoons salt
1 clove garlic
1/2 teaspoon black or white pepper
Directions
Boil the potatoes until soft.
Peel, dice, and place in a mixing bowl.
Mince the onion, parsley, celery, green pepper, chop up the eggs, and run the garlic through a garlic press or mince it extremely fine.
Put all ingredients in with potatoes and mix well; then place in the refrigerator to cool.
