Potato Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 lb. cooked potatoes | ||
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, finley chopped | |
| Seasoning | ||
| Mayonnaise | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Little single cream or top of the milk | ||
| Lettuce strips | ||
| Pepper red | 1 To taste (Garnish) | |
| Small diamonds | ||
| Green pepper | 1 To taste (Garnish) | |
Directions
Dice the potatoes, add the onion and seasoning.
Thin the mayonnaise with a little single cream or top of the milk and add to the potato mixture.
With a fork toss the mixture until the potatoes are well coated with the mayonnaise.
Serve on a bed of lettuce and garnish with strips of red pepper and diamonds of green pepper.
