Potato Puff Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 cup cooked, mashed potatoes | ||
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 2 cup large-curd cottage cheese, drained | ||
| Sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 3 , separated | |
| Pimiento | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped | |
| Butter | 2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Stiffly beat egg whites.
Combine all ingredients except egg whites and butter.
Mix thoroughly; fold in egg whites.
Pour mixture in a casserole and top with butter.
Bake at 350° for one hour.
