 Potato2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Gluten1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Water2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Egg1 , beaten
 Onion1 Small, diced
 1/2 tsp (3 ml) onion powder, garlic powder, or lemon pepper, optional

Directions

Mix first 2 ingredients.
Stir in water and onion.
Stir in egg.
For spicier cakes add to dry mixture onion or garlic powder or lemon pepper.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Let stand 1-2 minutes.
Bake on well oiled, preheated griddle until golden brown.
Turn once.
