Gluten-Free Potato Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients
| Potato | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Gluten | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Egg | 1 , beaten | |
| Onion | 1 Small, diced | |
| 1/2 tsp (3 ml) onion powder, garlic powder, or lemon pepper, optional | ||
Directions
Mix first 2 ingredients.
Stir in water and onion.
Stir in egg.
For spicier cakes add to dry mixture onion or garlic powder or lemon pepper.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Let stand 1-2 minutes.
Bake on well oiled, preheated griddle until golden brown.
Turn once.
