Potato Kugel Recipe
Ingredients
| Eggs | 3 | |
| Potatoes | 3 Cup (16 tbs), drained | |
| Potato flour | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Baking powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Kosher salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Onion | 3 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Butter or fat - 4 tablespoons, melted | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 350° F.
MAKING
2) Take a bowl and beat eggs in it until thick.
3) Add potatoes, baking powder, potato flour, pepper, salt, butter or fat and onion.
4) Take a greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish or casserole and turn the mixture into it.
5) Bake for about 1 hour.
SERVING
6) Remove from oven and serve hot.
