Potato Ham Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Cream of celery | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| Water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vinegar | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Potatoes - 3 cups, cooked & cubed | ||
| Ham - 1 1/2 cups, cooked & cubed | ||
| Sweet pickle - 1/4 cup, diced | ||
| Green onions | 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| Egg | 1 , hardboiled | |
| Parsley sprigs for garnishing | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) Take a large mixing bowl and combine water, soup, vinegar and pepper.
2) Add pickle, onion, ham and potatoes to the mixture and refrigerate.
SERVING
3) Garnish with parsley and sliced hard-boiled egg.
