Ingredients

 Cream of celery1 Can (10oz), condensed
 Water1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Vinegar2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Potatoes - 3 cups, cooked & cubed
 Ham - 1 1/2 cups, cooked & cubed
 Sweet pickle - 1/4 cup, diced
 Green onions2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
 Egg1 , hardboiled
 Parsley sprigs for garnishing

Directions

MAKING
1) Take a large mixing bowl and combine water, soup, vinegar and pepper.
2) Add pickle, onion, ham and potatoes to the mixture and refrigerate.

SERVING
3) Garnish with parsley and sliced hard-boiled egg.
