Potato Fluff Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cups cooked, mashed potatoes | ||
| 1/2 cup hot milk | ||
| Salt | 1 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 3/4 cup shredded sharp cheese (optional) | ||
| Egg yolks | 2 , beaten | |
| 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten | ||
Directions
Combine potatoes, milk, salt, pepper, and butter.
Beat until fluffy.
Stir in cheese and egg yolks.
Fold in egg whites.
Pour mixture into an ungreased 1 quart casserole.
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until done
