Potato Fluff Recipe
I am in love with this Potato Fluff recipe as it brings such rave comments everytime I make it. Stock up on more and more Vegetable as you will want to make this Potato Fluff time and again. Ingredients
2 cups cooked, mashed potatoes
1/2 cup hot milk
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
3/4 cup shredded sharp cheese (optional)
2 egg yolks, beaten
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Directions
Combine potatoes, milk, salt, pepper, and butter.
Beat until fluffy.
Stir in cheese and egg yolks.
Fold in egg whites.
Pour mixture into an ungreased 1 quart casserole.
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until done
