Directions

Add salt to egg whites and beat until stiff and dry.
Beat yolks until thick; then beat in sugar.
Fold yolks into whites.
Add sifted flour and baking powder.
Mix well and stir in water.
Pour batter into greased muffin pans.
Bake in preheated moderate oven (375°F.) for 15 to 20 minutes.
