Potato Fish Fillets Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 16-ounce packages frozen haddock fillets, thawed | ||
| Garlic salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 cup powdered packaged instant mashed potatoes | ||
| Salad oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Chicken broth | 1 13 3/4 Ounce | |
| 3 tablespoons powdered packaged instant mashed potatoes | ||
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, finley chopped | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Parsley flakes | 2 Teaspoon, dried | |
Directions
Separate fillets; cut into serving-size pieces.
Sprinkle both sides with garlic salt.
Roll fillets in the 1/2 cup instant mashed potatoes.
Set electric skillet at 380°; in skillet fry fish in hot oil till browned, turning once.
Remove from skillet to warm serving platter.
Combine remaining ingredients in skillet; simmer, stirring constantly, till thickened.
Pass hot sauce with fish.
