 2 16-ounce packages frozen haddock fillets, thawed
 Garlic salt1/2 Teaspoon
 1/2 cup powdered packaged instant mashed potatoes
 Salad oil3 Tablespoon
 Chicken broth1 13 3/4 Ounce
 3 tablespoons powdered packaged instant mashed potatoes
 Onion2 Tablespoon, finley chopped
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Parsley flakes2 Teaspoon, dried

Directions

Separate fillets; cut into serving-size pieces.
Sprinkle both sides with garlic salt.
Roll fillets in the 1/2 cup instant mashed potatoes.
Set electric skillet at 380°; in skillet fry fish in hot oil till browned, turning once.
Remove from skillet to warm serving platter.
Combine remaining ingredients in skillet; simmer, stirring constantly, till thickened.
Pass hot sauce with fish.
