 Black pepper1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Ginger1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Chili powder1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Sugar1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Coconut milk15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
 Water250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
 Canned tomatoes440 Milliliter, drained and liquid reserved (1 3/4 Cup)
 Sour cream/Plain yogurt250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
 Cucumber1 , sliced (Green Colored)
 Hard-boiled eggs4 , crumbled
 Bananas2 , peeled and sliced
 Lemon1 , squeezed
 Mango chutney75 Milliliter (5 Tablespoons)
 Pineapple pieces1 Pound, drained (450 Gram)

Directions

MAKING
1 In a pan, heat oil.
2 Add onion and fry until transparent (or microwave on HIGH 2 minutes).
3 Add garlic and potatoes and fry for another 2 minutes.
4 Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
5 Simmer for 30 minutes or until potato is cooked.

SERVING
6 Serve hot accompanied with your favorite bread or rice.
