Potato Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| Potatoes | 4 Large, thinly sliced | |
| 8 tablespoons butter or margarine, sliced into pats | ||
| Onion | 1 , thinly sliced | |
| Cream and mushroom soup | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Mushrooms | 1 box, sliced | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Lightly grease casserole dish.
Arrange a layer of potatoes topped with butter or margarine pats, onions, dots of soup, and mushrooms in casserole.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Continue layering until all ingredients except milk are used.
Pour milk over layers.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
If top browns too much, cover with foil and continue baking.
