Ingredients

 
12 medium potatoes
 
8 oz. cream cheese
 
1 c. sour cream
 
2 tsp. salt
 
1/8 tsp. pepper
 
1 clove garlic, crushed
 
1/4 tsp. chopped chives
 
1/2 tsp. paprika
 
1 tbsp. butter

Directions

1. Cook potatoes, then mash well.
2. Add cream cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper and garlic.
3. Beat at high speed until light and smooth.
4. Stir in chopped chives.
5. Spoon into greased baking dish (or dishes)
6. Sprinkle with paprika and dot with butter.
7. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
