| Cooked potatoes 115 gm. | ||
| Refined flour | 30 Gram | |
| Butter | 15 Gram | |

Directions
1. Mash potatoes. Add flour, butter and salt.
2. Roll out 0.25 cm. (1/8") thick.
3. Cut into rounds; cook on hot greased griddle. Brush with melted butter.
