Potato Broccoli Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| Potatoes | 4 Small | |
| 1/4 cup Butter Buds®, optional | ||
| Skim milk | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chopped | 1 10 Ounce, frozen | |
| Cheddar Cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
Directions
1. Cook, drain, and mash potatoes with milk and Butter Buds®.
2. Cook broccoli according to package directions. Drain well. Fold into mashed potatoes.
3. Put in nonstick pan. Sprinkle with cheese.
4. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
