Potato Balls With Spinach Recipe
I have just recently begun to try Potato Balls With Spinach and these were very satisfying. I am yet to try out a spicier version of this Potato Balls With Spinach recipe. So try it! Trust me,this is gonna be great!
Ingredients
8 large potatoes
4 cups (1 L) chicken stock
1/2 cup (125 ml) spinach, stems removed
Salt and pepper
Directions
– With the aid of a melon ball spoon, shape potatoes into balls.
– In a saucepan, heat chicken stock and poach spinach leaves for 4 minutes, then puree in a food processor.
– Bring chicken stock to a boil and cook potato balls for 6 minutes
– In a saucepan, heat chicken stock and poach spinach leaves for 4 minutes, then puree in a food processor.
– Bring chicken stock to a boil and cook potato balls for 6 minutes
