Pot Pourri Pancakes Recipe
Ingredients
| Eggs | 2 , separated | |
| Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Honey | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Whole wheat flour | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Carrots | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped |
Directions
Mix egg yolks with salt, honey, milk and flour.
Beat well to blend.
Add vegetables.
Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into batter.
Spoon onto griddle and bake on both sides, turning when bubbles form.
