Pot Luck Party Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 ounces wide noodles | ||
| Ground beef | 2 Pound | |
| Onions | 2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 1 10 ounce can condensed mushroom soup | ||
| Cream of chicken soup | 1 10 Ounce, condensed | |
| Mushrooms | 1 10 Ounce | |
| Water chestnuts | 1 Cup (16 tbs), canned | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Cheddar Cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Boil noodles according to package directions.
Drain, rinse with hot water, drain again.
In a large frying pan,saute beef with onions in butter.
Combine with noodles, celery, soups, mushrooms, and water chestnuts.
Season to taste.
Turn mixture into greased baking dish and top with grated cheese.
Bake at 350 degree F for 35 minutes until lightly browned.
