Pot Roast With Creamy Mushroom Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Beef chuck roast - 2 to 2 1/2 pounds, boneless | ||
| Onion soup mix envelope | 1 | |
| Condensed cream of mushroom soup - 1 can of 10 3/4-ounces | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a slow cooker, put the roast and sprinkle the dry soup mix all over. Top with the mushroom soup,
2) Cover the cooker and cook over high heat for 1 hour and then over low heat for at least 8 hours or till the meat is soft.
3) Slice the cooked meat.

4) Serve hot over cooked noodles or with mashed potatoes.
