Directions
In 12x8-inch glass dish, coat roast on both sides with gravy mix or flour.
Add water, salt and bay leaf.
Microwave (high), covered, 10 minutes.
Rotate and turn roast over.
Microwave medium (50%), covered, 35-40 minutes.
Add carrots, onions and potatoes.
Microwave medium (50%), covered, 35-40 minutes.
Rest, covered, 15-20 minutes.
Add water, salt and bay leaf.
Microwave (high), covered, 10 minutes.
Rotate and turn roast over.
Microwave medium (50%), covered, 35-40 minutes.
Add carrots, onions and potatoes.
Microwave medium (50%), covered, 35-40 minutes.
Rest, covered, 15-20 minutes.
