Ingredients

 Cheese1 Pound, finely grated
 Softened butter2 Ounce
 Cayenne pepper1 Pinch
 1 level teaspoon ground mace or nutmeg
 1/4 pint sweet sherry, port or dry sherry and 1/2 teaspoon sugar
 Butter/Margarine2 Ounce, melted

Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, add all ingredients together to combine with a wooden spoon or fork to make a stiff paste.
2) Use the small pots to fill with the mixture.
3) Top with butter or margarine.
4) Place inside refrigerator to chill.

SERVING
5) Serve chilled with any savory snacks item.
