Pot Kase Recipe
Ingredients
| Cheese | 1 Pound, finely grated | |
| Softened butter | 2 Ounce | |
| Cayenne pepper | 1 Pinch | |
| 1 level teaspoon ground mace or nutmeg | ||
| 1/4 pint sweet sherry, port or dry sherry and 1/2 teaspoon sugar | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Ounce, melted | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a bowl, add all ingredients together to combine with a wooden spoon or fork to make a stiff paste.
2) Use the small pots to fill with the mixture.
3) Top with butter or margarine.
4) Place inside refrigerator to chill.
SERVING
5) Serve chilled with any savory snacks item.
