Pot Chicken Simplicity Recipe
Ingredients
| Chicken Breasts with Bone- 4 nos. or Chicken Thighs- 6nos. | ||
| Onion | 1 Medium, chopped | |
| Garlic | 6 Clove (5gm) | |
| Dry white wine | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Red or Green Bell Pepper- 1 no., chopped | ||
| Chicken Bouillon Powder -1 tablespoon, or 4 cubes | ||
| Apple with peeling- 1no., finely diced or grated | ||
| Tomatoes- 3 ripe, chopped (or one 14 '/2-ounce can) | ||
| Jalapeno pepper | 1 , chopped | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a Dutch oven, mix all the ingredients, until well mixed.
2) Put the lid on and simmer for 1 hour.
3) Take the pan off the heat.
SERVING
4) Serve hot garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
