Ingredients

 Butter25
 Onion1 Medium, thinly sliced
 Haddock or cod steaks or fillets 4
 Condensed cream of tomato soup 298g can
 Bay Leaf1
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Butter the base of the cooking pot.
Arrange the onion in the Slow cooker with the fish on top.
Season to taste.
Stir the tomato soup well.
Heat in a pan to boiling point, and pour over the fish.
Add the bay leaf.
Cook for the recommended time.
Remove the bay leaf before serving.
