Ingredients

 4 slices buttered crusty bread
 Thinly sliced, cold cooked chicken
 4 large 1/2 inch thick slices of tomato, drained
 2 hard-cooked eggs
 Mayonnaise or salad dressing
 Chopped parsley

Directions

Cover the bread slices with overlapped slices of chicken.
Cut 1 1/2 inch circles out of tomato slices with a small cutter and place one slice on each sandwich.
Cut eggs in half crosswise and set a half egg on each tomato cutout.
Coat the edge of sandwiches with mayonnaise and sprinkle with parsley.
