Directions

MAKING
1) In a cocktail shaker, add the ice.
2) Add in the egg, cream, Benedictine and port.
3) Shake well till a frost appears on the shaker.
4) Strain out into a sour glass.

SERVING
5) Garnish with lemon rind over the glass.
