Porterhouse Steak With Special Sauce Recipe

| 21k lbs. porterhouse steak, 1 1/2 inches thick | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), chopped | |
| Butter | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Tomato sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Prepared mustard | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Horseradish | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Few drops Worcestershire sauce | ||
| Salt, pepper to taste | ||
| Paprika to taste | ||
Directions
Broil steak 4 inches below flame.
While it cooks, heat a serving platter and rub with garlic.
Spread evenly with the remaining ingredients, letting them melt and blend.
When steak is done, place on platter, turning once to cover with sauce.
