Easy Port Wine Jelly Recipe
Ingredients
| Sugar | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Port | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 bottle (6-ounce size) liquid pectin | ||
Directions
Prepare jelly glasses.
In top of double boiler, stir together sugar and wine.
Stirring constantly, heat over rapidly boiling water 3 minutes or until sugar is dissolved.
Remove from heat; immediately stir in pectin.
Fill glasses and seal and store.
