 Ice Cubes - 4 to 5 nos
 Angostura bitters3 Drop
 White Curacao - 1/2 teaspoon
 Dry French Vermouth - 1 part
 Sweet Italian Vermouth - 1 part
 Vodka - 3 parts

Directions

MAKING
1) In a tall glass jug, add in the ice cubes.
2) Add in the angostura bitters over the ice.
3) Pour in the white Curacao, French vermouth and Italian vermouth.
4) Give the mixture a good stir. Strain.

SERVING
6) Serve Port Elizabeth in chilled martini glasses.
