Port Elizabeth Recipe
Ingredients
| Ice Cubes - 4 to 5 nos | ||
| Angostura bitters | 3 Drop | |
| White Curacao - 1/2 teaspoon | ||
| Dry French Vermouth - 1 part | ||
| Sweet Italian Vermouth - 1 part | ||
| Vodka - 3 parts | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a tall glass jug, add in the ice cubes.
2) Add in the angostura bitters over the ice.
3) Pour in the white Curacao, French vermouth and Italian vermouth.
4) Give the mixture a good stir. Strain.
SERVING
6) Serve Port Elizabeth in chilled martini glasses.
