Port Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
| Dijon Mustard | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1/2 cup fragrant olive oil | ||
| Walnut oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Safflower oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 tablespoon tarragon wine vinegar | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Tawny port | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1/8 teaspoon finely ground pepper | ||
Directions
Place the mustard in a food processor or blender.
With the machine running, slowly add the olive, walnut and safflower oils; then add the vinegar, lemon juice, port, salt and pepper.
