Ingredients

 1 medium-sized onion, diced
 Butter2 Tablespoon
 Cooked beans1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sweet corn1 Cup (16 tbs), scraped
 1 cup winter squash, raw, diced
 Basil1 Teaspoon, chopped
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Dash of paprika
 1/2 cup milk or vegetable broth

Directions

MAKING
1) In a heavy saucepan, saute the onion in butter, add all other ingredients, mix well.
2) Simmer covered until the squash is tender and the mixture is thick and creamy

SERVING
3) Serve on a nice dish.
