Porotos Granados Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 medium-sized onion, diced | ||
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cooked beans | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sweet corn | 1 Cup (16 tbs), scraped | |
| 1 cup winter squash, raw, diced | ||
| Basil | 1 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Dash of paprika | ||
| 1/2 cup milk or vegetable broth | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a heavy saucepan, saute the onion in butter, add all other ingredients, mix well.
2) Simmer covered until the squash is tender and the mixture is thick and creamy
SERVING
3) Serve on a nice dish.
