Ingredients
| 1 pound pork, cut into 1 inch cubes | ||
| 2. teaspoons oil | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Soy sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Sherry | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cheese sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 2 cups soup stock | ||
Directions
Heat a pan with the oil, garlic and salt and stir once or twice.
When the oil is very hot add the pork and saute for 2 minutes.
Add the soy sauce, sherry and sugar and continue to stir for 1 minute.
Add the bean curd cheese and stir thoroughly.
Slowly pour the soup into the pan and when it comes to a boil, lower the heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until the pork is tender.
Serve in a bowl.
