Pork Tenderloin & Chops Recipe
Ingredients
| Pork tenderloins | 8 Ounce | |
| Vegetable oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Honey | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Low sodium soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cider vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Ground ginger | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Ground cinnamon | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Apricot marmalade | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Peaches | 3 , peeled and cut into 0.5-inch pieces | |
| Chopped red onion | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, minced |

Directions
Place the pork in a flat glass pan.
Combine the oil, honey, soy sauce and vinegar and pour over the pork.
Cover tightly and refrigerate 1-8 hours.
In a large serving bowl, combine the ginger, cinnamon, marmalade, peaches, onion and parsley.
Toss lightly and refrigerate.
Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
Grill the tenderloins for 4-6 minutes, or according to your preference.
To serve, spoon the salsa over the tenderloins.
