Pork Stir Fry Recipe
Ingredients
| Boneless pork | 1 Pound, cut into thin slices | |
| Vegetable oil | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (10 gm), minced | |
| Frozen cut green beans | 10 Ounce | |
| Sugar | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Crushed red pepper | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground ginger | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Sesame oil | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Vinegar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Hot cooked rice | 2 Cup (32 tbs) |

Directions
Add green beans; stir fry until the beans and pork are tender, about 5 minutes.
Push the meat and beans to 1 side of the skillet.
Add sugar, soy sauce, red pepper and ginger; stir to dissolve sugar.
Add sesame oil and vinegar.
Stir to coat meat and beans.
Serve immediately with cooked rice, if desired.
