Pork Stew Recipe
Ingredients
| Lean pork | 2 Pound, cut into 3 by 1 inch strips | |
| Shortening | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Paprika | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 Large, chopped | |
| Carrots | 2 , cut in 3 inch strips | |
| Green pepper | 1 , cut into strips | |
| Tomatoes | 2 Medium, chopped | |
| Sliced mushrooms | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Water | 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) | |
| Cornstarch | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) |

Directions
Add paprika and onion; mix well.
Put in carrots, green pepper, tomatoes, mushrooms, salt, pepper, and 1/2 cup water.
Close cover and put pressure control in place.
When pressure is reached, cook for 10 minutes.
Let pressure drop of its own accord.
Mix cornstarch with 1/4 cup water and add to open cooker.
Stir until slightly thickened.
Keep stirring as you add the sour cream.
When all is hot, serve the stew with buttered noodles.
