Pork Shrimp Filling Recipe
Ingredients
| Oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Pork | 1⁄2 Pound, julienned | |
| Raw deveined shrimp | 1⁄2 Pound, shelled and diced | |
| Minced water chestnuts | 8 | |
| Thinly sliced scallions | 8 | |
| Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon |
Directions
Heat the oil in a skillet.
Cook the pork in it 5 minutes stirring frequently.
Add the shrimp, water chestnuts and scallions.
Cook 4 minutes.
Season with the soy sauce and salt.
Let cool 10 minutes.
