Pork-Sauerkraut Skillet Recipe

| Canned sauerkraut | 16 Ounce | |
| Dry white wine | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Paprika | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (10 gm) |
Directions
Cook pork in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until brown on both sides; drain.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper; reduce heat.
Place onion and sauerkraut over pork.
Mix wine, paprika and garlic; pour over sauerkraut.
Cover and simmer until pork is tender, about 35 minutes.
