Ingredients
1 4-lb. pork roast
Salt
2 c. chopped onions
6 Ige. potatoes
2 No. 2 cans lima beans
2 No. 2 cans peas
1 Ige. can green beans
Pepper to taste
1 c. barbecue sauce
Directions
Rub roast with sail:; place in large pan on bottom rack of oven.
Bake at 350 degrees for 3 hours.
Com- bine onions, potatoes, beans, peas, green beans, salt to taste and pepper; cook until potatoes are tender.
Slice roast into 1/2-inch slices.
Cover evenly with vegetables.
Pour sauce over vegetables; spread out evenly.
Bake for 30 minutes longer.
