Pork On A Bun Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 1 Medium, chopped | |
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 1/3c. chopped green | ||
| Pepper | 1 | |
| Catsup | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 c. (packed) brown | ||
| Sugar | ||
| Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Worcestershire | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon (sauce) | |
| Chili powder | 1 Teaspoon (sauce) | |
| 4 c. cooked pork roast | ||
| Hamburger buns | ||
Directions
Combine all ingredients except buns in medium pan; simmer until vegetables and pork are tender.
Serve on buns.
