Ingredients

 
1 tbsp. flour
 
1 tsp. salt
 
1 tsp. dry mustard
 
1/4 tsp. pepper
 
1 4-lb. pork loin roast
 
1 lb. can applesauce
 
1/4 c. (packed) brown sugar
 
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
 
1/4 tsp. Cloves

Directions

Combine flour, salt, mustard and pepper; rub over roast.
Place fat side up in roasting pan.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
Combine appiesauce and all re- maining ingredients; spread over roast.
Bake for 1 hour longer.
