Rosemary Pork Loin Roast Recipe

Ingredients

 
1 pork loin (approximately 4 to 5 pounds)
 
1 tsp garlic powder (I like the taste and flavor of garlic so I add a little extra, you could adjust it to your specific tastes.
 
1 tsp fresh or dried thyme
 
1 tsp rosemary
 
2 tbsp of olive oil
 
Salt to taste
 
½ - 1 tsp of black pepper
 
1 tbsp mustard paste

Directions

Combine all the ingredients (except the pork) in a mixing bowl. Pour over the pork and rub it all over. Keep in a baking dish and bake in a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees. Continue baking for approximately 3 hours. Take out , cut into pieces and serve.
