Directions

Combine all the ingredients (except the pork) in a mixing bowl. Pour over the pork and rub it all over. Keep in a baking dish and bake in a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees. Continue baking for approximately 3 hours. Take out , cut into pieces and serve.
