Directions
1. Medium heat the skillet.
2. Add olive oil to the skillet.
3. Add pork chops.
4. Cook until pink color disappears.
5.Turn the chops a couple of times.
6. Add a good squirt of ketchup over the chop.
7. Add honey.
8. Sprinkle with creole rub/spicy meat rub.
9. Add a dash of oregano and pepper.
10. Set the skillet aside.
11. Serve.
