Stir Fried Hawaiian Pork Recipe

| Cubed cooked pork | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
| Shortening | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Cornstarch | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Canned pineapple tidbits | 13 1⁄2 Ounce (Drained Reserve Syrup) | |
| Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Green pepper | 1 Medium, cut into strips | |
| Canned water chestnuts | 5 Ounce, drained and thinly sliced | |
| Canned sliced mushrooms | 3 Ounce (Drained) |

Directions
Add water, flour and salt; beat until smooth.
Stir in meat, mixing until coated.
Melt shortening in medium skillet.
Add meat mixture; cook and stir until meat is brown.
Remove from heat; keep warm.
Blend cornstarch, reserved pineapple syrup, the vinegar and soy sauce in saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils.
Boil and stir 1 minute.
Stir in pineapple, green pepper, water chestnuts and mushrooms.
Cook and stir until green pepper is tender.
Stir in meat; heat through.
