4 lean rib or loin pork chops, about 1/2 inch thick

2 tablespoons cold water
1 tablespoon cornstarch

Arrange pork with narrow ends toward center, in square microwavable dish, 8x8x2 inches.
Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave on medium (50%), rotating dish 1/4 turn every 5 minutes until pork is done, 20 to 23 minutes.
