Directions
Heat the shortening in cooker and brown the chops.
On top of each chop lay 1 slice of pineapple filling the center hole with 1 tea spoon of brown sugar.
Add fruit juice.
Close cover of cooker and put pressure regulator in place.
When pressure is reached, cook for 12 minutes.
Allow pressure to drop naturally
Remove chops with fruit in place and set aside.
Add sour cream to the pan juices and, serve over the chops.
