Directions
Heat butter in a deep skillet; brown the meat.
Add enough water so that meat does not stick to skillet.
Cover and cook on low heat at least 1 hour Peel onions; cut them into rings.
Core and peel apples; cut them into eighths.
Add onions and apples 10 minutes before end of cooking period.
Cook until all ingredients are golden brown.
Remove chops; put them on a serving platter.
Pour stock, onions, and apples over meat; garnish with parsley.
