| Black pepper | 1 | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |

Directions
Salt the pork chops, spice them with pepper.
Heat butter in a deep skillet, brown the meat.
Add enough water so that meat does not stick to skillet.
Cover and cook on low heat at least 1 hour.
Peel onions, cut them into rings.
Core and peel apples, cut them into eighths.
Add onions and apples 10 minutes before end of cooking period.
Cook until all ingredients are golden brown.
Remove chops, put them on a serving platter.
