Pork Chops Stuffed With Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients

 
1 med. onion, minced
 
3 tbsp. butter
 
1/3 c. mushrooms, minced
 
Thyme
 
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
 
1/2 c. toasted bread crumbs
 
Salt and pepper
 
1 egg, lightly beaten
 
4 thick loin chops with pockets

Directions

Saute onion in butter until transparent; add mush- rooms, several leaws of thyme, parsley and crumbs.
Mix well; remove from heat.
Season to taste; stir in egg.
Stuff chops; brown in small amount of fat in skillet.
Place in gruased casserole.
Bake at 350 de- grees for 1 hour.
